Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for damaged products or in the event of a manufacturing defect. If you have encountered any such issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date. Products are not eligible for replacement or refund beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
Email info@joeclarkdesigns.co to submit a refund request. Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item and specify the error in your product, along with your request.
In cases of damaged products, we are committed to providing a resolution. You may choose between a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for the affected product.
