Berkshires 1920s Collection
The Berkshires, a name I gave this untitled collection, also dear to my heart because I grew up there was also the home of Massachusetts artist Jay Van Everen (1875--1947). These modern pieces were created in the wilderness of Beautiful New England during the time of Flapper girls, The Charleston and Prohibition. Available through the Smithsonian CCO program these works tell a story of an artists vision almost 130 years ago.
